southeast IL along with milder temperatures. Southwest winds at dawn will
turn west to northwest later this morning as a weak cold front passes
through. Ventilation rates are expected to become Good by noon. Breezy
and dry conditions are expected again Tuesday, with winds developing
from the south after light winds tonight.
