Fire risk will remain elevated through early this evening, as southerly winds gust from 20 to 30 mph and humidity levels hover in the 25 to 35 percent range. Burning is not advised, and people involved in harvest activities should use extra caution to avoid creating field fires. In addition, the gusty winds may cause localized minor visibility reductions and degraded air quality from blowing dust, where loose topsoil is lofted into the air. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are forecast late Monday into Tuesday.
