This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Snow will begin tonight, with minor accumulations by daybreak
Saturday.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Heavy snow will continue through Saturday evening. Accumulations of
8 to 12 inches are expected by Saturday night, however locally
higher amounts are possible toward northwest Illinois. A Winter Storm
Warning is in effect 12 am Saturday to 6 am Sunday.

Much colder air will arrive on Sunday. Morning wind chills between 5
above and 5 below zero are forecast for Sunday and Monday nights.

Light snow accumulations are possible Monday afternoon and evening.

Periods of heavy snow will continue through Saturday afternoon,
although snow may mix with rain for late afternoon to evening.
Accumulations of 5 to 9 inches are expected by Saturday night. A
Winter Storm Warning is in effect 12 am Saturday to 6 am Sunday.

Much colder air will arrive on Sunday. Morning wind chills in the
single digits are forecast for Sunday and Monday nights.

Additional light snow is possible Monday afternoon into Monday night.
