This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central Illinois and west
central Illinois.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A multi-day stretch of hot and humid weather will develop by the end
of the week and persist through at least early next week. High
temperatures in the low to mid 90s, low temperatures in the mid 70s,
and afternoon heat indices of 100 to 105 degrees can be expected. The
prolonged nature of the heat and the lack of nocturnal cooling will
increase the risk for heat related illness for those without
effective cooling or hydration.

Breezy southwesterly wind gusts of 35 to 50 mph are possible through
early evening. This could blow around loose outdoor objects and lead
to travel difficulties for high profile vehicles.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.
