...LOCALLY GUSTY NON-THUNDERSTORM WINDS...

A wake low has developed across east central Illinois this afternoon.
This localized phenomena is causing non-thunderstorm wind gusts up to
65 mph in portions of Piatt, Champaign, Vermilion, Douglas, Coles,
Edgar and Clark counties.

Seek immediate shelter! High wind gusts will result in damage to
trees and power lines. Sporadic power outages may also occur.
