...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following
  counties, Hamilton, Madison and Tipton.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 233 PM EDT, Minor flooding is occurring along Cicero Creek
    near Arcadia and Big Duck Creek near Elwood and potentially
    other nearby streams. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell
    early this morning leading to nuisance flooding.
  - Cicero Creek near Arcadia is the most likely place to
    experience minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton, Cicero, Sheridan, Arcadia,
    Atlanta and Morse Reservoir.
