...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON EDT TODAY...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Indiana, including the following
  counties, Hamilton, Madison and Tipton.

* WHEN...Until noon EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  River or stream flows are elevated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 857 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
    indicated heavy rain has occurred. Minor flooding is already
    occurring in Cicero Creek near Arcadia and Big Duck Creek
    near Elwood. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Cicero Creek near Arcadia is the most likely place to
    experience minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Noblesville, Elwood, Tipton, Cicero, Sheridan, Arcadia,
    Atlanta and Morse Reservoir.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
