* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...West Central Morgan County in central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 915 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
    advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
    occurring. Up to 3 inches of rain have fallen.
  - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
    expected.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Mainly rural areas of West Central Morgan County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
