* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Western Owen County in west central Indiana...
  Southwestern Parke County in west central Indiana...
  Southwestern Putnam County in west central Indiana...
  Southwestern Vermillion County in west central Indiana...
  Vigo County in west central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 900 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 553 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 0.25 and 1 inch of rain
    has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
    warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Terre Haute, Brazil, Clinton, West Terre Haute, Prairieton,
    Seelyville, Knightsville, Clay City, Rosedale, Harmony,
    Staunton, Carbon, Universal, Center Point, Riley, Cory,
