...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Wildcat Creek near Jerome.

.Rainfall amounts of 3 to 6 inches across portions of north central
Indiana are producing minor flooding along area creeks and rivers.
Flooding along Wildcat Creek is expected to end late tonight into
tomorrow morning, with the crest a couple feet above flood stage.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement should be issued late tonight by around 545 AM
EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO TOMORROW MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wildcat Creek near Jerome.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Extensive flooding of Wildcat Creek in
  Jerome area.  CR 1050 E just south of Jerome begins to flood.
  Extensive flooding of canoe launch site and park near SR 213.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 9.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 2:15 PM EDT Saturday was 9.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.6
    feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just
    after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
