...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Driftwood River near Edinburgh.

.Additional heavy rainfall through Thursday morning near and east of
Indianapolis...of up to 2 to over 3 inches...will bring the
Driftwood River near Edinburgh back into minor flood on Friday
through midday Saturday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov/ind.

The next statement should be issued Friday afternoon by around 200
PM EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY MORNING TO EARLY SUNDAY
MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Driftwood River near Edinburgh.

* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Lowland flooding reported along Sugar
  Creek and Big Blue River in southern Johnson County in March 2011.
  Lowland flooding begins along portions of the Driftwood River in
  northern Bartholomew County. Water is near CR 950N to Double Y
  Saddle Club.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 9.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 11.3 feet tomorrow
    evening. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
    afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
