Warm temperatures and dry conditions will produce afternoon RH
minima as low as 30 to 40 percent today, with gusty winds
potentially producing some very limited fire concerns. A widespread
soaking rainfall is expected tonight into Friday. Much cooler and
quiet conditions are expected this weekend into next week.
