* At 1238 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles east of
Alexandria, or 7 miles west of Muncie, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include...
Muncie, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Daleville, Sulphur Springs, Mount
Summit, Springport, Summit Lake State Park, Prairie Creek
Reservoir, and Ball State University.
This includes Interstate 69 near mile marker 233.
