.DISCUSSION...
As of this writing, afternoon RH values have fallen into the mid-to-
low 30s with wind gusts from the southwest near 20 mph. As a result,
there continues to be a heightened risk of field fires this
afternoon. Dew points closer to 60F tomorrow along with an increasing
chance for rain late in the day will provide welcome (albeit
temporary) relief to the ongoing drought. Cooler Wednesday and
Thursday followed by warming temperatures thereafter.
