.DISCUSSION...

Patches of 30 percent MinRH values occurred yesterday under dry
weather and will include some 30 percent MinRH values in the
southwest this afternoon as warm advection returns to that area.
Gusts remain below 20 kts though so fire weather remains at a
minimum, especially with vegetation still green. Grass fires are
still possible. Rain is especially likely between Thursday and Friday
with the driest areas remaining south of US-24 into Thursday. Gusts
to 20 kts are still possible along and south of US-24 on Thursday It
continues to trend dry for Friday and the weekend on into next week.
