  Waves 4 to 7 feet tonight, building to 10 to 17 feet Wednesday
  afternoon.

* WHEN...From 4 AM Wednesday to 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
