  morning. Gusts to 30 knots today. Northwest 15 to 20 knots this
  evening with gusts to 25 knots diminishing to 10 knots or less
  overnight. Waves building to 7 to 11 feet today, subsiding to 3
  to 5 feet late tonight.

* WHERE...Michigan City IN to St Joseph MI.
