* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 436 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 10 nm southwest of
  St. Joseph, moving northeast at 35 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for northwestern
Indiana...southwestern Michigan...and the adjacent waters of Lake
