At 928 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Argos, or 8 miles north of Rochester, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Warsaw, Rochester, Winona Lake, Syracuse, Bourbon, Argos, Akron,
North Webster, Pierceton, Mentone, Walnut, Tippecanoe, Silver Lake,
Etna Green, Leesburg, Claypool, Burket, Sidney, Big Barbee Lake, and
