* WHAT...Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations between
  3 and 5 inches.

* WHERE...Cass MI, Northern Berrien, Southern Berrien, and St.
  Joseph MI Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM Wednesday to 7 AM EST Friday. The bulk of the
  snow falls late Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
  commutes.
