Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
414 AM CDT Mon Jun 16 2025

.DISCUSSION...A moist airmass remains in place and will continue
to result in mainly diurnally driven rain chances through the
week. Several upper level disturbances will move over the region
during the heat of the day to enhance the coverage of convection
at times. Patchy early morning fog will be possible this morning
across the southeast half of the area, and then across the south
Tuesday morning.
