Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
406 AM CDT Tue Jun 25 2024

.DISCUSSION...Warm and mainly humid conditions will prevail over
the next few days. There will be slightly drier air over east
Mississippi today, with minimum RHs as low as 30 percent possible,
but moisture will return by Wednesday. There will be a good chance
for showers and thunderstorms across the area on Wednesday and in
southern districts on Thursday, with rain chances decreasing into
the end of the week. Patchy fog is ongoing across parts of south
Mississippi this morning, but it should dissipate shortly after
sunrise. Similar fog activity is possible early Wednesday morning
in the same area.
