.DISCUSSION...It will be warm and muggy today as temperatures climb into
the lower to mid 90s. Winds be light and variable with heat index values
approaching 100 in a few places. Afternoon heating may lead to isolated
showers over the southwest portions of the area. Otherwise, it will be
generally clear. Overnight lows will be in the lower to mid 70s with
relative humidly values near 100 percent. At this time widespread fog
is not expected. Later in the weekend into early next week, temperatures
are expected to be near 100 with heat index values in the lower 100s.
