.SYNOPSIS...

Weak high pressure positioned over our area will weaken today and
move northeast while a cold front enters the southeastern states.
Coastal troughing will develop ahead of this approaching front over
our local waters this morning and likely develop into a weak low
pressure center off the southeastern seaboard tonight. The cold
front will cross our local waters on late tonight, and accompanied
by scattered showers and possibly a few thunderstorms. North winds
will then strengthen in the wake of the frontal passage on Monday
afternoon and night, with Small Craft Advisory conditions expected
to overspread our local waters by late Monday afternoon. High
pressure will then build into the southeastern states by Wednesday,
allowing northeast winds and seas to gradually subside.
