.SYNOPSIS...

A cold front will move offshore early this morning, with increasing
northwest and north winds and building seas expected today. Small
Craft Advisory is in effect for the mainly the northeast Florida
waters through Tuesday. High pressure will move to the north of the
area Tuesday then build into the southeastern states by Wednesday,
allowing northeast winds and seas to gradually subside. The high
weakens over the area on Thursday while a backdoor cold front
approaches from the north and dissipates near the area on Friday.
