High pressure shifts east southeast into the eastern Carolinas tonight and then east of the Outer Banks Tuesday. Winds from the northeast tonight will turn easterly Tuesday and decrease. High pressure will extends from the east northeast Wednesday into Saturday with light winds becoming southerly over the waters. HIgh pressure will exit east of the region this weekend with another cold front that will approach the waters Sunday, with increasing southwest winds and a few showers possible. .GULF STREAM...
