Very hot and seasonably humid weather will continue at the burn site today through the weekend. An isolated shower or thunderstorm may develop towards sunset this evening, with any activity that manages to develop dissipating before midnight. Scattered mainly late afternoon and evening showers and thunderstorms are then forecast on Saturday, with strong storms and locally heavy downpours possible. Light surface and transport winds this morning will become easterly this afternoon, with elevated mixing heights countering light wind speeds and yielding good daytime dispersion values. Surface and transport winds will shift to southerly overnight as speeds diminish. Southwesterly surface and transport winds will then develop shortly after sunrise on Saturday, followed by winds shifting to westerly during the afternoon hours. Elevated mixing heights will again yield good daytime dispersion values on Saturday afternoon. .REST OF TODAY...
