Light south- southeast to south winds will prevail through the morning hours before stronger sea breeze develops around 1300 today. This will shift winds more east- southeast with gusts around 20 mph through the afternoon. Early afternoon sea breeze will cap mixing heights and limit dispersion despite the elevated transport winds. Winds will subside slowly through the evening and trend lighter through the morning hours on Thursday. Rain chances will increase Thursday but a quick sea breeze will shower and storm developments west of the RX. .TODAY...
