High pressure builds in from the west today, with a dry and cool air mass expected through Friday. Today, low level northwest winds in the 5-10 mph range with gusts to around 15 mph and mostly clear skies will yield only fair dispersions thanks to mixing heights only around 3kft. Tomorrow, high pressure will move almost directly over the area, which will result in weak daytime winds and therefore poor to fair dispersions. The weak winds will trend more out of the south to southwest throughout the day. There will be a chance for patchy shallow fog Friday Morning as well. .REST OF TODAY...
