...SHOWERS OVER THE OFFSHORE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...
  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated showers over offshore
northeast Florida waters, capable of producing winds to around 30
knots and isolated waterspouts. Showers are located about 40 nm east
of Saint Augustine Beach, moving generally south at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect occasional gusty winds to around 30 knots,
locally higher waves, isolated water spouts and some lightning
strikes.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs,
move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and
produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone
onboard.
