* At 909 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a line of showers and a
  developing thunderstorm, capable of producing winds to around 30
  knots. These showers were located 13 NM east of Vilano Beach to 60
  NM east of St Augustine Beach, moving north at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Navy Drydock, Dorothy Louise Barge, Casablanca Reef and Nine Mile
  Reef.
