  Waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL from 20 to 60
  NM...

At 827 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 19 nm southeast of Jekyll Island
to 20 nm east of Talbot Island, moving east at 15 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs,
move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and
produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone
onboard.
