* WHERE...Coastal Flagler and Coastal St. Johns Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
