* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as
  low as 26 expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind
  chills as low as 18 expected. For the second Freeze Warning,
  sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Florida and southeast
  Georgia.

* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning and Cold Weather Advisory,
  until 8 AM EST Tuesday. For the second Freeze Warning, from 11 PM
  Tuesday to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees could result
  in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
  Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and
  outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures.
  Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially
  vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

  will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Northeast Coastal St.
  Johns, Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Southeast
  Coastal St. Johns, and Southern Inland St. Johns Counties.

* WHEN...For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 8 AM EST Tuesday. For
  the Frost Advisory, from 3 AM to 8 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees could result
  in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frost
  could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants
