Coastal waters from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine FL out 20 NM... * Until 830 PM EDT. * At 743 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 16 nm northwest of Mayport to 7 nm southwest of Amelia City to 11 nm west of Talbot Island, moving east at 10 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
