At 248 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
San Mateo, or near East Palatka, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Saint Augustine, Palatka, Hastings, East Palatka, Saint Augustine
Beach, Federal Point, Crescent Beach, Saint Augustine Shores, Orange
Mills, and Butler Beach.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
