Gardi. A strong thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph and minor flooding due to heavy
         rainfall.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is
