Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky

.DISCUSSION...Persistent high pressure will keep the weather for
eastern Kentucky warm and dry through Monday. A strong
disturbance and approaching cold front will bring scattered to
widespread showers and thunderstorms to eastern Kentucky Monday
night through Wednesday, with highest precipitation amounts most
likely toward the Interstate 64 corridor and lowest amounts toward
the Middlesboro area.
