.DISCUSSION...Unsettled conditions are expected for much of the next
seven days including today, with a series of slow-moving upper
disturbances, and surface reflections impacting the region. Isolated
instances of excessive rainfall will be a concern through Sunday
that could produce high water or flash flooding. The most widespread
rainfall period is expected from this afternoon into Sunday evening.
