Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
1207 AM EDT Sun Jun 1 2025

.DISCUSSION...Showers will gradually come to an end early this
morning. As a cold front sags through the area, showers and
thunderstorms will redevelop Sunday afternoon. Areas along and south
of the Hal Rogers/KY-80 corridor will see the best chances of showers
and storms. Once the front moves off to the southeast, surface high
pressure will build into the region bringing warmer, seasonal
temperatures and dry weather through Thursday.
