Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
543 AM EDT Mon Sep 23 2024

.DISCUSSION...An unstable weather pattern will keep the
potential for showers and thunderstorms going through much of the
week. Some storms could produce strong wind gusts and hail today and
Tuesday. In addition, locally heavy rainfall will be possible today
through Wednesday with any thunderstorms. Another storm system might
bring more substantial rainfall to the area by the end of the week.
Daily high temperatures in the mid 80s today will trend lower for
the remainder of the week as well.
