Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
254 AM EST Wed Nov 19 2025
.DISCUSSION...Widespread cloud cover is expected today and tonight
as a weak cold front moves south of the area, leaving a humid air
mass over the area. This boundary will likely return north into
eastern KY for Thursday into Saturday and interact with passing
upper level disturbances to bring a wetting to soaking rain to
eastern KY. Generally mild temperatures should prevail for
Wednesday through the weekend.
