.DISCUSSION...Unseasonably warm and humid conditions will continue
today as a cold front sags across eastern Kentucky. The muggy air
mass ahead of the boundary will fuel scattered to numerous showers
and thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. A few of those storms
could become strong to severe with damaging winds the primary
concern. Damp and cooler weather will persist behind the front on
Tuesday and Wednesday, especially closer to the KY-VA border. Dry and
cool weather follows for late week.
