Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
256 AM EST Sun Nov 16 2025

.DISCUSSION...Noticeably cooler and much drier air will arrive
for today and Monday behind this morning`s cold front passage,
with relative humidity likely falling below 25% for many places
this afternoon and Monday afternoon, with confidence highest for
Monday. Good mixing depths are expected both days, but winds will
become light Monday, limiting dispersion. After Monday, a
potential for rain returns to varying extents for the remainder of
the week.
