.DISCUSSION...Unsettled conditions are expected for much of the next
seven days beginning today, with a series of slow-moving upper
disturbances impacting the region. Isolated instances of excessive
rainfall will be a concern this afternoon through Sunday that could
produce high water or flash flooding. The most widespread rainfall
period is expected Saturday into Sunday.
