Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
449 AM EDT Mon Jun 24 2024

.DISCUSSION...Cooler and drier air will filter into eastern
Kentucky today behind a cool front. Thermometers will peak in the
lower to middle 80s, the coolest in over a week. A moderate
ridge-valley split is anticipated for tonight before a mild
return flow boosts temperatures back to near 90 on Tuesday.
Another weak cool front approaches and passes mid-week with our
next opportunity for rain.
