...Very low relative humidity on Monday afternoon...

.DISCUSSION...After a cold start to the day on Monday, sunshine and
very low minimum relative humidity will prevail in the afternoon, but
winds will be much lighter than on Sunday. A series of weather
systems will then bring at times from Tuesday into next weekend.
