.DISCUSSION...Unsettled conditions can be expected through midweek as
a series of slow-moving upper disturbances, and surface reflections,
impact the region. Isolated instances of excessive rainfall will be a
concern through Tuesday that could produce high water or flash
flooding. The most widespread rainfall period is expected from this
afternoon into Tuesday evening.
