.DISCUSSION...Rounds of showers and thunderstorms will affect the
area at times through Friday, with the highest probability of rain
for the area as a whole being today through Thursday. Times of heavy
rainfall is possible, as well, which could lead to localized
incidents of flooding. In addition, a few stronger storms today and
Thursday could have damaging wind gusts.

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent) then becoming partly
                    sunny (50-60 percent). Patchy fog in the
                    morning. Showers with thunderstorms likely in
                    the morning, then chance of showers and
                    thunderstorms in the afternoon.

Dewpoint............69 increasing to 73 in the late morning and
                    afternoon.
