.DISCUSSION...Dry weather with mild afternoons and chilly nights
is forecast to continue into Saturday. Valley fog is expected
each night. However, warming from ample sunshine should send
afternoon relative humidity down to values in the 30s on Thursday
and 40s on Friday. Surface winds and transport winds will remain
rather light both Thursday and Friday, limiting ventilation. The
next potential for rain arrives to start the new week.
